Please make sure to complete the client intake form that was emailed to you with a link. This will help us tailor your session to your specific needs and ensure the best possible experience.
When you come in for your session, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing with layers that you can adjust if you get too warm. While the room is always temperature-controlled, some people may feel a little chilly as they relax, so it's best to be prepared.
It's important to make sure that you're not hungry before your session, but we also recommend that you don't eat a large meal beforehand. The rest and repair part of our nervous system also controls digestion, so it's best to be comfortably full without expending too much energy.
We suggest drinking plenty of water before your session, preferably with lemon. This will help your body detoxify itself and prepare for the session. Filtered and energized water will be provided in the EESystem lounge room, so be sure to drink plenty of water during and after your session as well.
Finally, we encourage you to come to your session with an open heart and mind, ready to unplug, relax, and support your body's natural healing ability. We look forward to seeing you soon!

When you come in for your session, there are a few items that we recommend bringing with you to ensure the most comfortable experience possible. These items include a small pillow or cushion, a blanket or shawl, and socks to keep your feet warm.
We also suggest bringing a water bottle. Additionally, you may want to bring your own ear plugs and an eye mask, we have disposable ear plugs here as well as eye masks, to help block out any external distractions.
While food is not allowed in the EESystem room itself, you are welcome to bring a healthy snack with you. We provide a guest fridge for your convenience, so please label any food items and ensure they are in a container.
Finally, if you require any medications, please bring them with you and store them in the guest fridge if they require refrigeration. Be sure to label and bag all medication to ensure its safety and proper storage.

A standard session is 2hrs. When it comes to the frequency of treatment, it's important to consider your goals and how much Scalar Energy affects your body. While it can be difficult to quantify, the effects of the energy tend to accumulate over time and build on each other. You could book multiple sessions in a day.
Our recommendation is to work towards a base of 20 hours of treatment. This can be accomplished over a period of time that works for your schedule and budget, but it's best to keep those 20 hours as close together as possible. For example, if you're traveling from out of state or region, you may want to consider scheduling 20 hours of treatment over a 3 to 5 day period. If you live more locally, you may want to consider doing 4 to 6 hours of treatment twice a week until you reach 20 hours, and then weekly until your goals are met.
Ultimately, the frequency of treatment will depend on your individual needs and goals. We suggest discussing your options with a practitioner to determine the best approach for you.

When you book a session, you'll have access to a semi-private room with comfortable recliner chairs. You can choose to recline, relax or even sleep during your session.
While there may be other individuals in the room with you, we encourage you to focus on your own relaxation and wellness. We ask that you keep conversations to an absolute minimum and be mindful of others' need for quiet to fully relax. The room will have dim lighting (except for the scalar technology itself) and ambient music to create a peaceful and calming environment.
It's important to fully surrender and let go during your session, allowing the system to work its magic. We're committed to providing a tranquil and rejuvenating experience, and we look forward to helping you achieve optimal relaxation and wellness.

To ensure the best results from your session, it's important to hydrate yourself adequately. Drinking plenty of water can help flush out toxins and support your body's natural detoxification pathways.
After your session, we recommend taking a 30-minute salt bath to support the detoxification and healing process. The creators of the technology insist on this practice and recommends additional soaks in the days that follow. If a full body bath is not an option, a foot bath is a great alternative. It's important to use sea salts and sodium bicarbonate in your bath to assist in toxin and waste extraction, and to avoid using Epsom salts as they can draw magnesium into your body, which is opposite to the effect of detoxing.
We stock a blend of bath salts at HHCC for $20 or 2 for $30. You can also purchase the bicarb and salt at the local whole food shop nearby. We also encourage you to bring your own container large enough for 4cups of bath salts to fill up at HHCC.
In addition to proper hydration and salt baths, it's important to eat clean and avoid processed foods, hydrogenated or fried oils, preservatives, and artificial additives. Eating healthy organic whole foods that are rich in nutrition can help maximize the benefits of your session.
